How do I view the zoning on the map?

You can now view the different zonings on the map. 

One way or another, developing a property is somewhat of a process. You may need to determine what zone the property belongs to. 

No worries at all! Stash can definitely provide you the Zoning in the area where the property belongs to. You can easily check and get access to this inside Stash. 

Here's a sample of the Stash map on a satellite view with its zoning and property boundaries.

To view the zoning on your Stash app, simply follow the steps provided below to be guided: 

1. Select your target property. (You may search your target property either by the 'Search Area' or the 'Search Address' option.)

2. Select 'Zoning' by clicking the Layers icon on the right-hand side of the Stash page then click the radio button for Zoning to enable it on the map.

By default, you can view properties in Street view. Just simply click on Satellite or Metromap Aerial (most recent) to change the mapping imagery. 

If you wish to get access to the recently updated aerial mapping imagery in Australia, you may avail of our Premium Access to Recent Aerial Maps  plugin through Metromap for only $53.90/month including GST.  This is updated every 3 - 6 months in metro areas and you can check on recent developments in the area.
