How do I check Street Frontage inside Stash?

Modified on Sun, 12 Feb, 2023 at 11:37 AM

With Stash, you can now narrow your search down by suburb, zoning, area, and frontage.

As frontage filter is now available in Stash, this can also help you to:

  • look at the longest frontage,
  • take into account the corner blocks and multiple points to increase frontage,
  • filter by frontage on previously stashed properties

To view and check the Street Frontage inside Stash, just simply follow these steps:

Street Frontage in Search Area

  1. Click Search Area and type your desired Suburb, select the Zoning, and input your desired Area size and Street Frontage

  1. Hit the 'SEARCH' button and see the results.

  1. Once you have the results, you may check on any property that corresponds to your search criteria. Hover your mouse to check the property address of your search results.

Street Frontage in My Property Filters

  1. Go to ‘My Properties’ then click the 'Select filters' bar to view more options.

  2. Once clicked, you will have the option to filter your saved properties which includes the ‘Filter By Frontage(m)’ at the bottom.

  3. Enter your preferred value in the box, and it will show up the properties you have saved with the same criteria.

Isn’t it that simple and easy to access? All users can follow this through right away, even those who are not tech-savvy—no need to complicate yourself with this new feature.
