Property Development Report

A notable feature already available in Stash Property is the Property Development Report, which enables you to generate a comprehensive report that includes details such as your feasibility study, comparable sales, land area, purchase price, and more, all at once. But it does not stop there, there’s more! You can take a glance at how the property looks like way back years ago and have this printed out.

Multi-View / Print With Advanced Aerial Maps and Layers

Navigating property development can be complex, especially when trying to visualise the historical and current status of a property. With the latest features in Stash, you can generate detailed property development reports and print them using advanced aerial maps and layers.

To check the Multi View and Print with Advanced Aerial Maps and Layers in Stash under Property Development Report, here’s a step-by-step guide on how to access and utilise these features effectively:

  1. Log in to your Stash Property account then click the property that you wish to print the Property Development Report with.

  2. Click on 'Print Report' on the lower part of the Stash page in Property Details.

  3. You will be redirected to the 'Property Development Report' page.

  1. You will have the additional property information on the report which includes the Zoning, Bushfires, Contours, etc.

  2. Customise your report through the Report Settings on the left-hand side menu of the page allowing you to select the data or pages you want to display in your report.

  3. You may download or print your Property Development Report. You may also hide the Report Settings by clicking the Settings option next to Download and Print. To download, click the 'Download' button and if you wish to print the report, just simply click on 'Print'.

7. A print dialogue box will open and will ask you to select the destination, printer settings, etc. You may choose to save the report on your device as a PDF file. Just select 'Save as PDF' on the Destination then click Save. You may also choose to print the report directly by selecting the printer device on the destination, then clicking the Print button.
