How do I find out in Stash if the property is for sale?

If you're looking for properties that are listed or for sale, you may probably go directly to the council and have it referred from there. Why go elsewhere? Stash has now the capability to provide you with those properties that are for sale through our 'For Sale' layer. 

Note: This feature will only be accessible to users who have added the Pricefinder plugin to their Stash account.

To find out if the property is for sale, simply follow the steps below: 

1. Type your desired Suburb, Zone, Area, Street Frontage (optional), and Splitter Blocks (optional) then click the 'Search' button to see the results. You may also use the 'Search Address' option if you already have the address of your target property.
   
   
   
   
2. Click any of the yellow pins on the map for your target property. This should reveal the detailed property information on the left-hand side of the Stash page. You may also check the property address of your search results by hovering your cursor on the yellow pins.
   
   
   
3. In just a glance at the map, you will also see which properties are for sale with labels next to them. On the right side of your Stash app, just click on Layers icon then toggle the 'For Sale' button to enable it and you'll see some green dots on the map which indicate properties that are for sale or listed.
