How do I search for Off-Market properties in Stash?

Looking for your potential target property? We can definitely help you with that through our search engine inside Stash which gives you the results in no time. We do know that you're time is precious and every second counts. 

To search for properties, you may do this either by Suburb or Address. The information in the app, particularly the properties presented covers all over Australia depending on the Suburb that you will enter in the Search field.

To search for properties by Suburb, you can make use of the Search Area option and follow the steps below on how to do this:

1. Log in to your Stash Property account.

2. On the left hand side menu of the Stash page, go to Locate Sites then click Search Area to start searching your target property. Enter your desired Suburb, Zone, Area, Street Frontage (if applicable), and Splitter Blocks (if applicable).

3. We have added a new function when searching for your target property by suburb.  Select multiple zonings that you wish to check their properties and get your results in no time by simply ticking the box of each corresponding zones. You may select as many zones depending on your preference.

4. Once done, hit on 'Search' and you will see right away the results that correspond to your search as well as on the map which are corresponded by yellow pins.

To search for properties by Address, just simply click on the 'Search Address' option and follow these steps to check it out:

1. Log in to your Stash Property account.

2. Click the 'Search Address' bar on the top part of the Stash page.

3. Enter the address of your target property that you wish to check. Once done, the searched property will appear right away on the map as well as the details for the property.
