How to check On-Market Deals inside Stash?

On-market sites and properties show a much clearer picture of your potential profit for your prospect property. It provides transparency on buyer's end and awareness of its market value. With this, market comparison can be done as data is provided publicly and buyer's just have to make sure to research the market with care. Plus, allowing you to search for strategies you are looking for through our keyword search that will display the listings that match the keywords entered.

With this feature added in Stash, you may now search for properties that are currently for sale in the proximity of a suburb that is perfect for renovators and small developments.

To view and check On-Market feature inside Stash, just simply follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your Stash account.
2. Click 'Search On Market' under Locate Sites.
   
3. You may filter your results by Suburb or by Map. 
   Filtering by Map gives you nationwide results which displays a variety of properties from all states/area all across Australia. 
   
   Filtering by Suburb narrows down your results based on the suburb searched and allows you to focus on each properties in the area. 
   
   
4. Once done filtering by Suburb or by Map, you may proceed selecting your Strategy/ies, Zones, Filter by Price, Beds, Bath, Cars, Area Size, Type, and Results Limit (can be adjusted up to 500 results). You may select multiple strategies of your preference.
   
   
   
5. Hit on 'Search' once done selecting your desired criteria to check its results.
