How to View the Recent Aerial Mapping in Stash?

Modified on Wed, 25 Sep at 5:18 PM

We've added a new feature to recent aerial maps in Stash that lets you explore a timeline of changes. This allows you to view historical aerial imagery alongside the latest data, helping you track how properties and neighborhoods have evolved over time. You can monitor development progress, assess changes in land use, and gain insights into long-term trends. By comparing past and current images, you can make better-informed investment decisions and present compelling visual stories to clients. To use this feature, just select the Metromap Aerial layer and navigate through the timeline.

To access the latest aerial imagery in Stash, follow these simple steps:

  1. Start by searching for your desired property or zooming in on the area of interest.
  2. Once you've located the property on the map, navigate to the 'Layers' icon located on the right-hand side of the Stash app.
  3. Click on it, and from the available options, choose 'Metromap Aerial' to view the most recent aerial imagery for the selected area.

Having this plugin integrated within Stash ensures you are equipped with the best visual tools to stay ahead in your property research and investment strategy.
