To check the Suburb Profile in Stash, simply follow the steps below:
Log in to your Stash Property account.
Select any of your saved properties under ‘My Pipeline’ or enter your target property in the Search Address or Suburb bar.
Once the Property Details page is up, look for the ‘Suburb Profile’ feature on the left-hand side of the Stash page.
Select your desired Suburb Profile - if it's for a House or Unit.
Once done, you will see the Suburb Statistics along with the Suburb Trends, Demographics, and Suburb Summary.
