We are excited to unveil our Proximity Circles feature, a new tool that helps property developers, investors and homebuyers easily understand the distance of points of interest or amenities from a potential property development.
This feature allows users to see the distance of amenities such as schools, hospitals, supermarkets, transportation, and more from a specific location. You may also enable proximity circles while searching for comparable sales.
To check and view the proximity circles inside Stash, just simply follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your Stash account.
2. Search or select any property from your saved properties.
3. Click Layers on the right-hand side of the Stash page.
4. Toggle on the Proximity Circles overlay then zoom out to check the spatial distance estimation from the property of origin.
