If you wish to delete and cancel your account in Stash v3, we have set a specific period of time required to send an email to cancellations@stashproperty.com.au to have your account reviewed and process your request on our end.

The following are the cancellation guidelines set for our Stash Plus plans:

  •  Stash Plus Pay as you Go 

    We require a 14-day written notice prior to the cancellation of the account.


  • Stash Plus - Annual Plan (Monthly) and Stash Plus Prepaid Plan

    Under a 12-month contract and requires a 30 - day written notice prior to the cancellation period.

The cancellation policy, terms, and conditions are clear on our Terms and Conditions website.

Please be advised that your stashed properties will be kept in our system for 30 days only.  If you wish to retrieve and keep your data, you may do so by subscribing to any of our Stash Plus plans again. Your data will automatically be deleted after a month of cancellation.
